Show hidden folders in tree but not list

Is it possible to show and trace into a hidden folder while hiding all hidden folders in list? For example,

C:\Users\<Username>\AppData

is usually hidden. If I manually type the path to get in it, I notice the tree will become gray and not follow the path. MiniTree seems to have no problem.
