Hello
I installed Windows 10 version 1909 which is the latest from Microsoft and have installed XYplorer version 20.60.0100 Xyplorer which also is the latest and XYplorer repeatedly says 'Not responding' after just opening it and clicking on any file or sub folder or scrolling etc or will nothing will be clickable after just opening it. Frozen.
I have only installed the web browsers and VLC and malwarebytes and webroot.
XYplorer folder is in the Exclusion tab of malwarebytes.
Also Allowed in Webroot in the Block/Allow Files tab are XYplorer.exe, XYcopy.exe, Contents64.exe, ContextMenu64.exe
Windows Defender is off.
Windows 10 was installed after a format of the hard drive so it was a clean install.
Anyone else having issue?

Re: XYplorer not responding message
Recommended: Leave Windows Defender on, but exclude XYplorer.exe.
If the hang is related to network access: Turn off "Configuration | General | Safety Belts, Network | Network | Pre-check availability of servers". This setting should only be used when you often face unavailable servers.

No network. Excluded as described above for XYplorer.
Fixed - XYplorer not responding message
Hello
I may have fixed the issue. The 'Not responding' issue was on the backup internal drive in my ACER Aspire E-15 laptop.
https://www.amazon.com/Acer-Aspire-E5-5 ... =UTF8&th=1
Main drive is a 256gb SSD and the other internal drive used as a backup is a 1tb hard drive.
The hard drive had a folder with my files in it. It was that folder that always had the 'Not responding' issue.
It was a new folder I created too and copied my files to it from the desktop of the SSD prior to installing Windows 10.
The fix and hopefully it stays fixed is I created another new folder and then moved my files from the other folder to it and deleted the original folder.

Re: XYplorer not responding message
You think it as a hardware error?

Re: XYplorer not responding message
I just created a new folder and moved my files to it so Windows 10 operating system I suspect.
I have other folders on the hard drive not affected.

OK, I was thinking of a bad sector. Can happen.
