How to see previews

I'm on 20.50. I use a dual pane detailed view. I don't see any image previews when hovering over image files or holding left mouse button down. I don't see text file content previews either. Guessing I'm missing the right settings for this?

For the mouse hover preview: Configuration | Information | File Info Tips | Show Hover Box
For the mouse down preview: Configuration | Preview | Mouse Down Blow Up | Mouse Down on Thumbnails and Icons | Enable blow ups on file icons as well
