tag list and "click-and-tag" list differ

I tried to edit my tag list via tools - list management - tag list and replaced quite some word-tags with emojis.

After that I deleted my click-and-tag list from the catalog and inserted it again to be sure that it would update, but it did not.

Should not the click-and-tag list

a) be the same as the tag list that I can access via list management
b) automatically reflect updates that are made via the list management?

Right-click the catalog category and click "Update Category" from the menu.

Whoops, my tip was rubbish. "Update Category" only lists those tags that are actually used anywhere at this moment.

The "tag list" is just an MRU list of the last used tags. It's currently not possible to fill a Catalog category with it.
