Sometimes URL don't connect but IP works fine

Yes. Whether I paste the URL in the address bar (Ctrl-V) or hit enter with the cursor already in the address bar with the URL previously there the result is the same. Lately I've been copying the URL (Ctrl-C) from the address bar of Windows Explorer (which works) to the address bar of XYPlorer (where it fails). Actually the screenshot from Windows Explorer is as below. When I highlight the link Windows Explorer converts it to the following: \\Seagate-437403\Public\Videos\TV A-B, don't know if the "network" portion of the URL disppearing has anything to do with it.

Not sure if I'm using DLOG correctly but I ran it as a script after trying to access the network drive each way.
