Saving Window Location/Sizes

Good afternoon all,
Is there a tweak or setting that allows you to resize/move and save/restore popup window locations ? For example, the Customize Menu popup window when editing the Hamburger menu.

This is the default size I see when editing :

This is what I end up resizing it to. I also have a DisplayFusion button to center it on the monitor :

I've tried moving/resizing it where I want it and clicking OK and/or the X to see if if saves; however, it does not.
I had created an AHK script to move (consistently) the Custom Copy/Move window, may try that for this window if there isn't an internal option that I am missing.

No, only some windows sizes are remembered, that isn't one of them.

It does not remember its size, but I'll make it a little bigger...
