Folder Size - Cache

Sometimes Folder Size calculating in a no time. But sometimes it takes more time.
What would be the reason? And how can I fix it?

(p.s I was monitoring Task Manager to see what is Loading and what is under pressure. All free to perform well.)

First off since you didn't make it clear, do you actually have the cache enabled ?

Configuration | General | Tree and List | List | Cache folder sizes

If caching is enabled already, then the only thing that should affect the speed of it noticeably is the amount of items in the folder, or obviously things like some folders being already cached, some not.
