i would like to have a list of the folder that contain for example flac audio files
can i search folder that contain for example flac audio files?

One of the ways to achieve this would be entering something like this in the XY addressbar *?*.flac /fp to search all drives, or for example c:?*.flac /fp to search c: only, of course you can use the same switches in the normal find panel too if that is your preference.
Read up in the help file about QuickSearch switches for further info.
