Is there any way to prevent a particular drive from ever appearing in the tree (the full/normal tree, not the mini tree)?
Whenever I connect a card reader that is empty, I get a drive appear in the tree that I never want to see in XYplorer.
I've tried using Ghost Filter, by adding the drive letter on its own line like this:
J:
But when I connect the empty card reader, I still see this added to the tree:
USB Drive (J:)
There's a setting in XYplorer that does successfully hide it from the 'This PC' view in the list: uncheck 'Show hidden drives'. That causes XYplorer to hide it from the list just like File Explorer does for empty drives. File Explorer goes one step further and also hides empty removable drives from the tree. Unfortunately in XYplorer the setting doesn't appear to have any effect on the tree.

Re: Hide a particular drive in the tree
Thank you, that appears to work nicely.
