Collapse Tree Command

During the course of the day, after wandering around my various drives and folders, periodically I like to clean up the tree so I
I added a UDF Button as follows:

goto "C:\";#1040;

This works fine in collapsing child folders but it will not collapse the folders immediately under the root.

Since I have a number of external drives, they are out of view unless C: is completely collapsed.

I could not find a "Collapse fully" command id; is there one I can add to my UDF button command?

If not, is there a command I could add that would invoke a keystroke command like "numpad *" which should execute the collapse?
