copy/paste without hidden/system files

Is there a feature in XYplorer to copy/paste files and folders but exclude any hidden/system files within them?

For example, I'd like to be able to quickly copy a directory, wherein numerous desktop.ini files exist, to a new location but not include those .ini files in the final destination.

Scripting would be able to do that. But it can be either fast (empty directories wouldn't be created) or very slow (each file would need to be copied individually by a for loop)...
