How to hide these items from the context menu,the one's which i have highlighted in both the screen shots.

For the top menu shown the options of what you can add/remove are here
Configuration | General | Menus, Mouse, Safety | Context Menus | Custom items in shell context menu
Under the buttons "Folder Tree..." & "File List..."
But I don't think you can remove those items you have circled unless you disable all custom items via
Configuration | General | Menus, Mouse, Safety | Context Menus | Custom items in shell context menu
And to configure the menu shown in the bottom image, you have to write your own script and re-create the whole menu yourself, like this:

As per what you have said,there is no option to hide those items

The "... to other pane" items only appear when Dual Pane is enabled.
Other than that you cannot configure this individually.
