Onedrive Sync

When opening either an Excel or Word document that is stored on my Onedrive for Business folder, most of the time I will receive the yellow bar at the top of the document that states "SERVER FILE UPDATED A newer version is available and a button to Reopen Document. This is a hit or miss problem in that clicking the button will either retrieve the document will all the saves or it will set the file as read only in which I have to save as another name or worse yet, all changes were lost. I thought this to be a Onedrive issue but after spending a day opening my work files from the Blue Onedrive cloud icon in the task bar, those problems did not exist Is there a setting within XYPlorer that will ensure the sync with Onedrive does indeed occur or is his something that is being worked on???
