XYplorer Beta Club
Basically I have downloaded the trial version of the software and have been using it for the past 10 days and am ready to take my use of XYplorer to the next level so I can determine if I want to buy it or not. I have looked at the stuff available on the website as far as the capabilities of the program but love watching short 2-3 mins videos instead of reading about the capabilities, basically I like learning from videos better.
So my question is, does anybody know of someone on youtube or some other site that might have created a "entry, moderate, and advance" user capabilities of the software where they demo features of the XYplorer in real world examples with somebody narrating it?
I am a noob, anybody know of some short videos about XYplorer?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, there are not many videos.
I know Regmos, Serendipity and totmad (long-time forum members here) had made some videos in the past.

I like the ones that was shown in the features matrix list. I wish somebody would go through and do a video for each feature, but have some talking with the videos to provide instructions on why they would want it done. I bet people would create the videos for free for you that love the product.

I myself found the above link, https://www.xyplorer.com/product.php useful as a starting place, and a good way to not overlook a useful feature. SammySarkar posted it above as well.
Download the manual in pdf and keep it around to read when you have time. I've got a Note 4, and the screen's barely big enough when I'm standing in line or some such. Also download the change log.
Your other best resource is the forum.
When you get to scripts, look at the work of others. Start with simple things like rename multiscripts and simple modifications on the work of others, or simply stepping through them. Go through the Scripting section of the help first, then familiarize yourself with the commands and variables even if the syntax doesn't stick in your memory - at least you'll know what's there.
Good luck! I've found XY exceedingly powerful and useful. Scripting is very powerful and infinitely worth learning, even on a basic level. (Learning a little bit about regular expressions wouldn't hurt as they add a lot of power and are frequently in others' scripts - they'll look like gibberish until you read a tutorial or two.) To get some of that power without learning the syntax, skipping out of XY and using Bulk Rename Utility can be a stop-gap.
