when I search for a file I get a list of files that much criteria. Is there a way to open a folder (in a new tab) with highlighted item that was found?
Reson is that often, in reality, I want to find a folder that I remember certain file should be in....

Make sure that
Configuration | Menus, Mouse, Safety | Context Menus | Custom items in shell context menu
is checked
and you can't use
Configuration | Shell Integration | 64-bit Windows | Show the 64-bit context menu
because these items can only exist in the 32-bit context menu
and then you have a few possibilities in the right click context menu of such a (found) file:
The 3 items at the top of the context menu
Configuration | Menus, Mouse, Safety | Context Menus | Custom items in shell context menu
