Hi,
I've tried both "add tags" and "set tags" commands from the toolbar (snapshot below) and both seems to do exactly the same.
What is the difference between "add tags" and "set tags" (toolbar)?
Which is the recommended usage for "add tags" and "set tags"?
Thanks for info!

They begin to differ when there are tags already. "Add" will add to them. "Set" will replace them.

I suggest to rename "set tags" to "replace tags"... then it will be clear without looking into the documentation or the forum :-)

"Set tags" also works when there are no tags yet, which is initially true for every file. "Replace tags" would be confusing here.
