Create folder structure WITH files

I was thinking about making a false full folder structure which contains files names and extensions, parent folders and so on; I want it as a catalog without having the data itself, Just a dummy content.

I have tried "Past special - Folder structure" but as you know it just copy the folders, Is there any smart way to achieve my goal here?

If you're going to use an existing folder as source for the dummy structure, try shadowcats, it's a script I wrote for catalogging folders. And yes, with files too.
