Create folder with increments Syntax

1- why increments Syntax can be used in renaming items but cannot used in creating new folder?

2- in win explorer, I don't have to select the 2 items (as appears in the picture) to delete a saved web page, Can XY do the same thing?

* File Operations using the shell (not Custom Copy): From now on XYplorer
will avoid the odd "Connected Files" smartness that has been introduced with
Win 2000 (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/librar ... #connected ),
e.g. "XY.htm" file + "XY-files" folder. Deleting or moving or copying one
of such a couple would also delete or move or copy the other. Madness.
This will not happen anymore in XYplorer from now on.
