Find files: ignore diacritics with non-English letters

EDIT: Oh no, tested ى and ي but you said there are different. So: It does work here!

true they are different but please try this test
file name: مَكر
search term (whole word without diacritic): مكر
and you will find nothing unless you only use the first letter م

Confirmed, but I don't think this ever worked. Windows does not see any diacritics in this string.
