To be frank I didnt quite follow "idem" for Middle-click in the mouse cheat sheet until I saw a dictionary. Is it a common term?

It is common in Latin! Don't you speak Latin or what? :P

It means "the same". So what's the common English way to do this?

Maybe its just me, I didnt know that word. I am more used to "Ditto".

Can I suggest placing both commands in the left column if they do the same thing, such as:
  • Shift+click / Middle-click : Open in new foreground tab
Would save space too.
