What's the difference between Empty Folder and Delete Folder?

Delete folder deletes the e.g. selected folder at the end, empty folder just clears it's content.

Correct. Now it's crystal clear to me. Thanks.

But how do I use the Empty Folder command?

I could not find it via right click or anything else.

Please help.

Thank you.

Some "custom items in shell context menu" entries are not enabled by default.

• Short version:
F9 > F3 > Type "custom items" > Enter > Button "File List…" > Check "Empty Folder [folders only]".

• Which opens the configuration at the "Menus, Mouse, Safety" entry, where you can choose which item you want in your context menu, either for the "Folder Tree" or for the "File List".

Thanks.

Actually I've already figured that out but the menu still not appeared when I'm right click.

Does it has anything to do with the Shell Integration setting at the bottom? Because I found out that I could not turn on the Shell Integration check box no matter what. I mean I can check it but then it become unchecked again.

I am using Windows 7 64 bit.

Thank you.

@aimy,
XY Empty Folder shows properly here on Win 7 x64.
Is yours a trial version?

@FluxTorpedoe ,
Thanks for showing a fast shortcut to change XY settings, namely, F9 > F3.
