A little help with Batch Rename please

A little help with Batch Rename please.

Two files: (both alike in dignity)

Code: Select all

FileName1.jpg
SecondFileName.jpg
I select them both, SHIFT+F2 and use this rule FileName Prefix, *. Which gives me the following result

Code: Select all

FileName Prefix, FileName1-001.jpg
FileName Prefix, SecondFileName-002.jpg
When I was expecting:

Code: Select all

FileName Prefix, FileName1.jpg
FileName Prefix, SecondFileName.jpg
So what am I doing wrong? What do I need to do to get the result I wanted?
