If you would like me to do any testing also please let me know.

FYI,
I don't use preview and I keep F-12 (Info Panel off).
Auto-refresh on file system changes > Include network locations is not checked.

No, this feature is not activated.

% Network browsing delay: made a brute force attack on a potential culprit. You won't see any icons on the info panel properties tab in this version. Is it any faster now???
No, it seems that it is not faster...

What's so funny about that?
Funny peculiar, not funny ha ha :P But it seems he already has this off anyway, so it's a separate "bug" ;)
Used to update to the latest beta every day. Now I have children instead…

After squeezing my brain for a good while, giving it a good old Zen-massage, and re-reading the facts again and again, I came up with another wild idea about the mystery of the network-list-mouse-delay. Check it out...

I assume this is the Idea you are talking about:
v5.50.0012 - 12.01.07 14:55
* File Info Tips: they are not shown anymore for items on mapped
drives just as they haven't been shown for items on UNC paths
before. Maybe this is the cause for mysterious network browsing
delays...

Yes yes yes!!! :D
(And no need to send out experimental versions anymore)
(And thanks for buying!)

BTW: this issue, resp. my various endeavors to solve it, brought about some nice improvements in various parts of the flowing-floating code. It flows smoother now, do you feel it? Downstream... 8)

Downstream file management... also a nice tag line, ain't it?
