Quote from your license. "[...]This license grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use XYplorer on any number and kind of devices.[...]" By giving away all three items, namely a license code, a user name and the e-mail, a user is de facto transferring the right to use XYplorer to a third party.

In other words, this third party is leading the users of your software to make an action that is illegal according to your license. At the same time this third party is trying to mass acquire your license codes and is obviously reverse engineering your trade mechanisms at the same time.

Not that anyone is insane enough to end up using XYplorer, but enough is enough. Maybe you should really pay a few bucks to some lawyer firm to write them a letter of warning.

Naah, this is not serious. It's just ratfucking disguised as competitive upgrade. I'm really touched by their desperation, should I open a donation page for them? Hmmm... no.

What we need is a XY user who's a lawyer who'd send a letter as a courtesy/freebie to Don...but it'd probably have to be one in Australia as a foreigner wouldn't have any impact.

Hey, maybe you could do the reverse page and say things like: Ok, so we may yet have x,y,z BUT we have a,b,c plus outstanding superfast support so use XY when you can't do a,b,c with youy fancy expensive DO?
