Single click rename in TreeView

A single click (or slow double click as it's called in the config window) in the TreeView doesn't start a Rename (as F2 or selecting the option from the right click menu do).

It was never implemented (because I don't like it ). Now, since we have the config option (which is quite new), I could/should add it. Thanks for reminding me!

Disable "Slow double-click invokes single-rename" in Tools -> Configuration -> Advanced.

But I want to disable it just in the TreeView. Like it was before this change.

      for Tree and List. Use menu View/Tree[List] Style/Rename On Slow 
      Double-Click.
