Start XY (v9.60.0013) with an old ini file.
Correct colours are shown in the list.
Select a tab where the location is not available.
Return to the original tab (or any tab) - colours are wrong (default?).
Switch to the other pane - colours there are correct.
Switch back to the original pane - colours are still correct.
It's not just one ini file, several exhibit the problem.
It appears to have something to do with the "not available location" display.
Also, no tree is displayed, but selecting some tabs (C:\WINDOWS\system32\, for instance) takes ages to display the list. Is this related to the refresh change?
So that you can't blame my ini files I've checked with a cold start, tree off, dual pane & changing the colours from the default. Same.
Something crazy with the list colour display.

Re: Something crazy with the list colour display.
You mean the background color? I cannot reproduce it.
No, everything here is fast as ever.

Re: Something crazy with the list colour display.
I can confirm the bug and I guess I'll be nice and provide steps on how to reproduce it...
What I did:
1) Start with a fresh copy of v9.60.0014
2) Change the List's Drive mode background color to something that stands out a little.
3) Open a new tab to an existing drive (I used "V:\")
4) Close XY
5) Open Pane 1\panes.ini in a text editor and replace "V:" with "Z:" (a drive that does not exist)
6) Open XY and switch tabs.
The background color of the original "My Computer" tab has inherited the color of the "Location currently not available" box.
If you go back to version v9.60.0005, that box use to use the color of the List (in Browse mode?), but with *.0006 that seems to no longer be the case.
