Re: Recycle bin won't auto refresh after upgrade to 9.50.0100+
9.60.0118 fixes the refresh issue for me when deleting less than 10 folders. There's one new oddity: after deleting less than 10 folders and seeing them show up in the Recycle Bin in the second pane, pressing Ctrl+Z immediately after delete does not restore the deleted folders. Instead, it tries to undo the previous command (in this case creating a bunch of test folders) which fails because those folders were deleted in the first step.

You don't have this issue when deleting less than 10 files?nas8e9 wrote:9.60.0118 fixes the refresh issue for me when deleting less than 10 folders. Deleting less than 10 files works perfectly: the recycle bin gets refreshed and pressing Ctrl+Z undeletes the files.admin wrote:You don't have this issue when deleting less than 10 files?

I cannot confirm that on Vista x64.nas8e9 wrote:9.60.0118 fixes the refresh issue for me when deleting less than 10 folders. In fact in 9.60.0118 everything looks to be working correctly, both on delete and on undo.

That's weird: I've retested just to be sure but I do see this with 9.60.0118 on Windows 7 x64, even with a clean profile.TheQwerty wrote:I cannot confirm that on Vista x64.nas8e9 wrote:9.60.0118 fixes the refresh issue for me when deleting less than 10 folders. Re: Recycle bin won't auto refresh after upgrade to 9.50.0100+
I could reproduce something similar (not the same), but it depends on a disturbingly complex set of conditions. Challenging...

Re: Recycle bin won't auto refresh after upgrade to 9.50.0100+
It should work better with v9.60.0119.

Unfortunately, restoring more than 10 deleted files or folders doesn't work. Ctrl+Z instead undoes the previous operation.admin wrote:It should work better with v9.60.0119.

Cannot reproduce. Is this a new bug?nas8e9 wrote:Unfortunately, restoring more than 10 deleted files or folders doesn't work. Ctrl+Z instead undoes the previous operation.admin wrote:It should work better with v9.60.0119.

Re: Recycle bin won't auto refresh after upgrade to 9.50.0100+
build 119. Empty Recycle Bin from tree keeps file list untouched. All visible. After changing to other folder and coming back to RB shows empty list.
Edit:
Before I hade ca 30 files. Now tried with 6-7 files, and it refreshed itself correctly after emptying.

It seems the reverse of my previous report:admin wrote:Cannot reproduce. Is this a new bug?nas8e9 wrote:Unfortunately, restoring more than 10 deleted files or folders doesn't work. Ctrl+Z instead undoes the previous operation.admin wrote:It should work better with v9.60.0119.

Re: Recycle bin won't auto refresh after upgrade to 9.50.0100+
v9.60.0119 on XP.
Deleting items FROM the recycle bin.
Selected one EMPTY directory, deleted (using context menu). Did NOT refresh.
Select a number of files (I didn't note how many), deleted, refreshed correctly.
Repeated with more files, deleted, refreshed correctly.
Repeated with more files, deleted, Did NOT refresh.
It's totally random since it appears not to be related to numbers of files or total size. I don't know if you've got a race condition or are just reading so fast that XY can't reliably get the information from Windows.
