Cant DnD some folder in tree....

Run fresh XY

Create a 2 folder called
Pictomio
Pictomio v1

Now DnD Pictomio folder into Pictomio v1
Not working (in tree view that is)

Confirmed. Though vice versa works

Confirmed over here as well and only in the tree view as described in the bug report.

It only happens when the name of the directory you are dragging TO start with the exact same charactersequence as the directory you are dragging.

So dragging a 'Test' directory to a 'Test - Copy' dir is not allowed,
and dragging a 'Test1' directory to a 'Test12' dir is also not allowed,
but dragging a 'Test1' directory to a 'Test2' dir does work.
