PS: It actually blocks all the mouse buttons except for LMB and RMB.

Very annoying, but I always thought this is a design decision and not a bug? :?

OK, then. But at the same time it doesn't block "back" and "forward" and context menu survives.

It should either block them as well or disappear on location change, I think.

I agree. This should be treated as a bug.

Maybe you should describe this issue with words, too.

1. Go inside some folder
2. Press "Back" on mouse
3. Press RMB: context menu appears
4. Press "Forward": context menu survives returning into the folder

Also middle click doesn't work while context menu is active (OP gif).

Related to this, something that has been irritating me for ages is that when you use MC CEA (also same for ctb etc) to pop a menu, then while that menu is open, you can't use the MC btn again until you use LC or RClick buttons first, so if you miss click on the wrong item/position, you have to then LC or RC then MC again, instead of just using MC again once, it would be nice if this was also looked into.

Those menus totally ignore the middle button. Cannot change that.
