steps to reproduce glitch:
1- move tab to the 2nd pane (which is hidden)
2- switch back to 1st pane and try select another tab

another issue related to panes
(Focus list & Move Focused Item Into View)#1016;#1012 doesn't work as switch panes event action, if the dual pane is off
