:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

High mouse report rate destroys window mobility.

I've never seen anything like that in any other app. It took me a while to figure out what causes it.
I've tested it on some older XY versions and it's there all the way down to v10.70, the oldest I was able to download.
The "second" cursor comes from OBS, it shows where the cursor and the window should be, but I don't see it in real time while I'm dragging the window. When I dropped the window (the moment XYplorer left 2nd place by CPU load), it kept going by itself for quite some time.

Might be a Win 10/11 bug. Cannot see it here in Win8.1.
