mp3 file info missing from icon hover

Upgrading from 21.90 to 22.00, when I hover mp3 file icon, mp3 info is missing (tags,bitrate,etc). I reverted back to 21.90 and 21.80 and works ok.
Info for FLAC files appears to show ok.

Works well here. Check your settings on Configuration | Information | File Info Tips & Hover Box.

Going between the two version no settings are different.

I tried disabling "show only when hovering icon", and hovering the filename works properly and icon still does not. Icon always shows only Date created and a color filter, even though I also have a few standard and extra fields set to show also.
