Auto-refresh tabs with files and folders no longer works

It happened after the update to version 21.01.0100.

How to reproduce the bug:

1. Create a text file.
2. Change it.
3. The last file change time will remain the same.

In addition, if you copy the folder or file to the current folder through another file manager - the XYplorer does not display this.

And yes, I know about the auto-refresh button (pressed) and temporary suspend of auto-refresh (not pressed). The point is definitely not in this, I did not change any settings, just updated the XYplorer and immediately saw this bug. The previous version 21.01.0000 worked correctly.

I found out that the problem is in the planned and unfulfilled (for an unknown reason) the background queue. When I put a checkbox on the option "Refresh during file operations", then everything worked. And when I tried to close the program, I received the message "There is 1 job pending in the background queue". Probably this is some rare accident.
