Can't rename with Frances or Vietnamese

I can't set the name of folder or rename of the folder with Frances and Vietnamese name? Do you I can do it?

I can see that there might be problems with Vietnamese on some systems (depending on your locale) but French?

Anyway, any issues regarding locales or Unicode will be a distant memory once the new 64-bit version is running.
