Error 91 during copying

Copying a folder (with subfolders) from Lenovo Carbon X1 to Hauwei Pro 30 phone. Folder is about 60 Gb. Copying stops at about 5%. Upon trying to delete the last incomplete folder, to try to manually copy folders one by one, I get the following error message.
Running XYPlorer 20.60.0300 Lifetime Licence Pro.
