SC new tab with quicksearch location opens multiple tabs

With a fresh XY with just the following setting disabled:

Configuration | Find and Filter | Find Files & Branch View | Find Files | Show quick search results in current tab == [✖]

When you run a command like this: tab("new", "<xypath>?/f"); it results in 2 tabs being opened, a duplicate of the current tab, as well as the quicksearch result. Additionally when using the same command, the config settings set here still seem to apply also:

Configuration | Find and Filter | Find Files & Branch View | Find Files | Show search results in

not sure if you think they should be bypassed, when you are explicitly using the tab("new") command with a quicksearch location.

Well, I think that's all quite logical. It does what it's told to do.
