This is something I noticed ages ago and never bothered mentioning because I very rarely use AM PM markers or milliseconds, but while testing noticed that the milliseconds display in a weird place when they are combined with a AM/PM or UTC format column, not sure if you think it is worth changing though, or maybe it is done on purpose for ease of quick comparisons?
Also Properties panel does weird things too:

Oh yes. I'll look into it. It might be a can of worms though, in which case I will not open it...

I'll leave it like this. It's not worth the trouble and I think you even made a point there: it improves readability.
