Application crashes

Hello,

sometimes XYplorer 20.00 crashes while I am not doing anything with the application (its idling with one tab open). Looking at the event log I see this:

Is there a possibility to find out why it crashed? It happend three times today which makes the application not really usable for me.

Crashes are extremely rare in XYplorer. There are two known possible causes that are responsible for virtually all crashes we have seen in XY:

1) PDF-Preview using Adobe software.
2) Using the shell context menu with some faulty 3rd party shell extensions.

Point 2) can be eliminated by ticking Configuration | General | Menus, Mouse, Safety | Context Menus | Hide shell extensions from shell context menu.

So, is one of the points the case at your end?
