Rename Special - Missing Preview Button

Good afternoon,
When using the right-click / Rename Special / RegExp Rename command, the preview button disappears after you preview a pattern that throws an error, e.g. Unexpected quantifier, etc. After clicking OK in the Syntax Error screen, you return to the Rename input box; however, the Preview button is missing.
The button returns if you close the dialog and come back into it.
