[SOLVED] Weird tooltip for folder with long name

Post by Leito » 25 Apr 2019 16:20

I have a folder with a very long name that can not be displayed entirely in the "Name" column:

Code: Select all

1234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456789012345
When hovering the folder, the tooltip showing its full name is weirdly cut:

Weird indeed. Over here the tooltip looks okay:

Can't explain it. Do you get the same with a fresh instance?

Yes, cut at the same exact position.

The path where I create the folder doesn't seem to have any consequence.

Got it. Interesting bug. The behavior here differs between the non-compiled (my development environment) and the compiled executable. This happens only very rarely. Anyway, it should be fixed in the next beta.

Code: Select all

v19.90.0103 - 2019-05-06 15:42
! Tree and List: Tooltips of very long item names got weirdly wrapped in the
      tooltip. Fixed.
 all good now, thanks!
