.Zip Files Won't Open with XY

I'm in the midst of the free trial and I cannot open .zip folders. I've tried running with admin permissions but nothing happens. It pretends to load but nothing. The build number is 19.70.0100. The checkbox is also checked in preferences as well.

Is there any way to correct this issue or recommended actions?

Are you talking about opening them so that you can work with its content in a normal list pane?
That's not possible, archives as folders are not supported.

If this is about previewing them, check these entries in the XYplorer.ini file:

and post how they look like in your .ini file...
