File Properties date time stamp modify pm not working

I was using a verion 19.50 something then noticed this apparent bug, and then swa a 19.60 was out to updated to it,as it said many bug fixes, but the problem remains.

With a file selected, going into the Info Panel Properties screen to change the date time stamps, I can't enter a pm time, and have to use the 24 hour format to get a pm time.

Was this some design change or a bug?

Hm, works fine here: I enter "2017-07-31 11:55 PM" and the time is set to "2017-07-31 23:55:00".

What's your system time format, and does XYplorer use the same format in the file list?

To test, I created a new test file just now: New Textfile.txt and it has all three elements as 2/10/19 01:02 pm.

I go into Created, and edit the 2 to be a 3, hoping for 1:03 pm, but instead get 01:03 am.

If I want to achieve 01:03 pm I have to edit the 01 to be 13, then it works.

I recall that editing the "a" or "p" used to simply work.

I can confirm the OPs reported behavior, when using the same above columns. below are my system settings if it helps:

That's weird. I changed my system to those settings, and still cannot replicate the issue.

Timestamp               -> resulting time
07/31/17 11:15 pm   -> 2017-07-31 23:15:00

WAIT, now I see it:
2/10/19 01:02 pm -> 2019-02-10 01:02:00 !!!

So the problem is with particular times...

Fixed. The issue was with all one-digit hours (0 - 9).
