Mouse down blow up bug for the following setting in the screenshot. It doesn't work anymore. Please fix.

Works ok for me, I see you are running 19.30, can I suggest updating to the latest beta, in case there was a bug and it has already been subsequently fixed.

Tip: You can hold down Ctrl while using the Help Menu check for updates to check for newest beta.

When you say it doesn't work, what does that mean? does it popup and not stay showing? or is doesn't popup at all? what view mode are you in at the time?. Have you installed any other apps recently that could be interfering with it?

i tested in thumbnails mode with fresh. it doesn't work. when i right click on thumbnail, nothing happens.

Like jupe said, it works for me also. Though it doesn't seem to make any difference if I have "Fit to screen" checked under "On right mouse down" (i.e., the result is always fit to screen whether checked or unchecked). So possibly something is wrong? Anyone else? I normally have "Fit to Screen" checked so I haven't noticed this until checking this bug report.
