XYplorer won't start because of TEMP folder permission

Maybe my last post was confusing. I was not asking for help but was just thanking you.
I am almost certain the load times are due to the security tools installed on my computer (Bromium, McAfee...).
My setup is already configured to speed the network navigation (thanks to Tedy anyway).
I can try some tests if you want but on my side I consider this topic to be solved / closed.

OK, I just want to let you know those extreme times smell like network issues to me.

Whatever, this thread resulted in an increase in portability which is a good thing (new TEMP location).

But why would the load times be so different between two consecutive launches if it was a network issue ?

Windows caches network connections for a while.
