Column cell's value tip: only shows max 128 characters

Column cell's value tip: only shows max 128 characters

XY: v19.10.0234

Assume below is an item's comment:

Then the column cell's value tip of the comment column shows as the screenshot below:

In XY v18.80.0018, the value tip shows as the screenshot below:

The column cell's value tip no longer displays the following value characters after the 1st 128 in newer XY version, please fix this.
