The tabs are fully usable after the unsuccessful operation. The only issue is indeed they are not reverting.2) After "Revert to Saved", can you still use those tabs (or are they just ghosts due to a drawing glitch)?

When this setting is enabled, tabset changes are apparently saved instantly, instead of on switching tabsets.
