Probléme avec Kasperski

I installed the new XYplorer 19.00 and now Kaspersky delete the XYplorer.exe file. K detect a UDS : Trojan.Win32.Hesv.

What can i do ?

Hi,

I've the same problem with Kaspersky Internet Security 2018. I don't think it can be the antivirus software. Are you sure that the MD5 checksums match?

I downgraded to the 18.90 version, which has no issues.

XYplorer.exe v19.00.0000 should have this SHA-256: 4cb5fc9992b34ecde30491713ac767cbb17a42a8dc42d677881b5a9894276f5d

I have the same problem and had the XYplorer.exe for version 19.00 scanned here: https://virusdesk.kaspersky.com
When it told me that the file is infected, I clicked on the link that said that I disagree with the findings, entered my email address and have since been informed via email:
"Hello,
Sorry, it was a false detection. It will be fixed.
Thank you for your help."
I don't know how long it will take, but the problem is in the works over at Kaspersky.

I'm having a, perhaps related issue: Windows is giving the "Windows Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting".
Which has never happened to me with XYplorer before.

I note two things--

The SHA-256 is different from the one provided above, I have:
4030ad893f31caa9f0814760ab8d4dc12a2b56f410b312d63765e191afcf2b45

I'm guessing the SmartScreen warning is just due to the new signature not being yet sufficiently familiar to SmartScreen?
It is Cologne Code Company e.K. now, vs Donald Lessau previously.

I scanned the file again on the aforementioned page and now it says that everything is fine. Updating XYplorer to 19.00 now works for me without trouble from Kaspersky.

The SHA-256 definitely should NOT be different...

I concur with RecycleBin that the SHA256 sum does not match that what you said. I've the same that RecycleBin got:
4030ad893f31caa9f0814760ab8d4dc12a2b56f410b312d63765e191afcf2b45

See the screenshot below. The file may be deemed safe by the online scanner but the checksums don't match!

Oh, that's the SHA of XYplorer_19.00_Install.exe (and it's correct).

The one I posted was of XYplorer.exe.

If I stop Kasperski, XYplorer run. If I reactive Kasperski, XYplorer don't work !!!
