No XYCopy.exe = small visual bug in config menu

When XYCopy.exe is missing there's an unneeded leftover "v" from the version number that normally gets displayed in the config menu
when XYCopy.exe is present.

Steps to reproduce:
- Get noinstall.zip
- Extract.
- Delete XYCopy.exe from the application's folder.
- Start XYplorer and go to: Config -> File Operations -> File Operations
- Observe the unneeded v in the config dialog (marked in blue by me)

I didn't want to start a new topic but something similar to this issue if you are interested, is if ContextMenu64.exe is missing, the new warning about 32bit custom menu items message you added is still visible while the checkbox is correctly hidden,

Ah, the world of bugs is such a big place. In moments like this I use to think they got to the moon and back not inspite of ridiculously small computers, but *because* of ridiculously small computers.
