First of all, I am not sure if this is a bug. Secondly, I guess this situation does not come up oft in usual use (well, at my place I do this quite oft lately, so I have noticed it). Thirdly, it is not a big deal, but would be nice to have.
Description:
Somewhere where there are not too many files in branches, but sub-folders do exist, go into branch view. Copy or move files, by D&D-ing them from the list into the tree (into sub-folders shown by branch view), changing in this way the contents of the area shown in the branch view. Unexpected: The list showing branch view does not refresh automatically after the move/copy operation and so does not reflect the change until explicitly refreshed.
Notes:
Interestingly, when one deletes a file in the list, the list refreshes automatically.
All four check boxes for Auto-Refresh are checked.
Admittedly, I use AutoOptimizeTreeRadical=1, but can not imagine that this has something to do with the issue.
