moving/copying to a sub folder

I have a tree that's like this

downloads
SC4

I was trying to move files from downloads to SC4. All I got was an error saying can't move or copy files to itself. Which is false as I was not doing that obviously. I can duplicate this doing the same in different folders as setup as above.

I was able to accomplish it using windows file explorer with no problem.

I checked I have the latest version installed 18.90.0100.

So those folders are sisters under them same parent, and you listed "downloads", grabbed some files in the list with the mouse, and dragged them to "SC4" in the tree, and got this message? Cannot reproduce this here.
